Warrant Control is responsible for the management, verification, and service of criminal process warrants in Durham County. The Durham County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Control Unit is on the first floor of the Durham County Justice Center located at 510 South Dillard Street in Durham.  On average, personnel working in the warrant control center process approximately 40,000 criminal warrants each year.

Hours of Operation

The Warrant Control Unit is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
